These terms cover eshnab.live and the Eshnab services run by On The Map LLC (“we”, “us”). By using them you agree to these terms.

Using the service

• You must be 13 or older, matching TikTok’s minimum age.
• Give a real email address you control. Don’t submit spam, abuse, hateful content or other people’s personal information. We may remove questions and block anyone who breaks these rules.
• Asking a question is free. We don’t promise every question will be answered on air.

Your questions

When you send a question, you let us read it, show it and your optional nickname on the LIVE and in recordings of the show, and answer it by email. We never show your email address or phone number.

Fantasy advice is for entertainment

Eshnab’s answers are opinions for fantasy football fun. They aren’t guarantees and aren’t betting or financial advice. You’re responsible for your own lineup decisions.

Emails

Marketing emails are optional and only sent if you opt in. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email.

Text messages (SMS): Eshnab LIVE Alerts

• Program: Eshnab LIVE Alerts, run by On The Map LLC (Eshnab). Recurring automated marketing text messages (Marketing (one opt-in: “Get early access”)): a text right before Eshnab goes LIVE so you can get your question in first, plus other Eshnab news, promotions and offers (new videos, merch, deals).
• Opting in: optional. On eshnab.live (right after you send a question, or from the link in an answer email) you can enter your mobile number and tap “Get early access”. Consent is not a condition of asking a question or of any purchase.
• The heads-up when your question is about 10 spots away is sent by email, not text.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Texts are only sent between 8 AM and 9 PM in your local time.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time (you’ll get one confirmation and no more texts). Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email ask@eshnab.live.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See the Privacy policy.

TikTok

The show runs on TikTok. Anything you do on TikTok, including gifts, is between you and TikTok and covered by TikTok’s own terms.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy policy.

No warranty and limits on liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, On The Map LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, including fantasy results.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
