Ask Eshnab LIVE lets you send a fantasy football question to Eshnab’s TikTok livestream. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. Short version: we keep it minimal, we never sell it, and you can leave anytime.
What we collect
- Your question and the players in it.
- Your email address (required, so each question is tied to a real person and to send emails you agreed to).
- An optional nickname, which may be shown on stream if your question is picked.
- Your mobile number, only if you choose to get text alerts, plus a record of that consent.
- Consent records: the exact wording you saw, when, and from which country (country comes from your connection, not GPS).
- Basic abuse protection: a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, used for rate limits. We don’t store the raw IP.
- Page-visit counts, counted with a scrambled identifier that changes every day. No cookies, no ad trackers.
How we use it
- To queue your question and show it on the LIVE (never your email, only the question and your optional nickname).
- If you subscribed: to send Eshnab’s fantasy emails (weekly picks, rankings, livestream updates, occasional creator news). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- If you didn’t subscribe (for example you left the box unticked outside the US), your email is only used to link your question, never for marketing.
- To email you a heads-up when your question is about 10 spots away, and to email you Eshnab’s answer to your question.
- If you opted in to texts: to text you when your question is about to be answered, when Eshnab goes LIVE, and with occasional promotions. See Text messages below.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the services that run this site: our database host (Supabase), web host (Vercel), our email provider (Kit) if you subscribed, our texting provider (Telnyx) if you opted in to texts, and Resend, which sends the heads-up emails you ask for. They only process data on our behalf. We don’t sell or rent your information.
We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
Text messages (SMS)
Eshnab LIVE Alerts is an optional marketing text program. After you send a question (or from the link in an answer email), you can enter your number and tap “Get early access” to receive recurring automated marketing texts: a text right before Eshnab goes LIVE so you can get your question in first, plus other Eshnab news, promotions and offers. It is never required to ask a question. The heads-up when your question is about 10 spots away is sent by email, not text.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you’ll get one confirmation text and no more. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Reply HELP for help, or email ask@eshnab.live.
- Opting in to texts is never required to send a question.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime from any email, or on the unsubscribe page. Once you unsubscribe, submitting another question does not sign you back up.
- Stop texts anytime by replying STOP.
- Delete your data using the form below. Marketing emails stop immediately, and we permanently delete your email, nickname, phone number and questions.
Age
This site is for people 13 and older, matching TikTok’s minimum age.
